Hawaii Legal Cannabis?

Hawaii Senate Committee approved a bill to allow passion of three grams of weed and provide a way for expungement of prior convictions for low-level marijuana possession. Last month the bill passed the House then passed two senate committees in a joint hearing.

Next week the bill will head to the senate floor for a vote, then a conference committee will be formed to work out the differences between house and senate bills.
